Smooth semi dark choc smothered over light fluffy marshmallows with delicately shredded coconut and finely crushed peanuts.

On a cold winter’s day in 2005, Chocky Road was born. Our mother enthusiastically presented her first slab of rocky road to Chapel Street’s café society. The warmth of the reception to the homemade recipe of smooth chocolate, crushed peanuts, delicately shredded coconut and light fluffy marshmallow was overwhelming. Now down the road a little, they are a growing family business loving the journey. To this day, their secret ingredient remains their mum’s passion. They believe it shows in the extra pride they take in everything they do.

Ingredients: Compound chocolate (63%) [Sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, milk solids, emulifiers (322 - soya lecithin 492), flavour, cocoa solids (14%), milk solids (9%)], marshmallows [glucose syrup (wheat derived), preservative (202 - sulphur dioxide), sugar, water, gelatine, dextrose, flavour, stabiliser (452), colour (122), wheat starch], peanuts (13%), shredded cocnut (6%) [Preservative 22 - sulphur dioxide].
