Strawberries are high in Vitamin C and flavonoids (also known as Vitamin P).

Put simply, Strawberries are for eating. Try them fresh served with cream or ice-cream. Don't forget you can also include them as a feature or a garnish in fresh fruit and savoury salads, pancakes, cheese cakes, pavlovas and tarts.
