Poachers Pantry is a family owned and operated business led by Susan and Robert Bruce. The business began in 1991 after Susan and Robert decided to convert the Bruce family’s grazing property into a location that was perfect for a traditional country smokehouse.
The Poachers Pantry range of smoked goods are now sold to Australia’s leading restaurants, enjoyed by Qantas first class travellers and are available to buy at a growing number of quality grocers in the ACT, NSW and Victoria. Poachers Pantry employs locals and supports farmers and producers all over NSW and Victoria.
